FAQ

  • What will you be covering?

This will be an introductory workshop focused on the core strategies we need for ourselves and our kids when big emotions are disrupting family life.

  • Where does this information come from?

We will be reviewing materials that come to us from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT for short), an empirically supported treatment for working with intense emotions in both children and adults.

  • I am not available during the live event, will it be recorded?

I will not be recording the live event in respect for the privacy of those in attendance but will provide a recording of the material shortly after for everyone's review

  • How can one hour be enough?

Good question! It may not be, in which case we have multiple follow up options I'm happy to recommend. That being said, a free opportunity to check the amazing parenting work you're already doing for growth opportunities is always a helpful start!
