About this Course

This virtual program will address clinical, ethical, legal, and risk management considerations related to integration of AI into clinical practice. Cutting edge issues related to guiding our clients in their AI use, protecting client privacy when using AI for administrative tasks in one’s practice, and possible duty to warn considerations when clients share potentially harmful AI activities will be addressed. Recent relevant legislation and best practice strategies will be reviewed. Case vignettes will be integrated into the program to illustrate the ethical nuance surrounding this complex process.
